- All cancellations must be confirmed to the Reservation department
- Cancellations within 07 days of the arrival date – 100% of the value of the booking
- Cancellations within 14 days of the arrival date – 50% of the value of the booking

- Late checkout will be allowed based on the availability

- Late checkout room rates
- An additional fee of LKR 5,000 will be charged for checking out between 13.30 HRS -15.00 HRS.
- An additional fee of LKR 8,000 will charged for checking out between 15.00 HRS -18.00 HRS.
- Full day room rate will be charged for checking out after 6.00 pm.

- Additional Chargers
- Children below 6 years – Free of charge sharing parent’s room on same beds.
- Children between 6-12 years (up to maximum 02 children) sharing parents’ room on same beds - 50% discount will be offered only for meals.
- Children above 12years will be considered as an adult.

- A smart-casual dress code in keeping with the dining standards of the restaurant. Casual or resort-wear is suitable in the public areas of the hotel.
